Hydrogen Power Technology (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in the new energy sector, established through investment by Luoyang New Energy Technology Development Group Co., Ltd., which is part of the Luoyang Industrial Control Group. Its core business encompasses the manufacturing of high‑power hydrogen fuel cell powertrains, as well as the research, development, production, and sales of lithium‑battery power systems and battery management systems (BMS).
1. Technical Director: 1 position (RMB 15,000–20,000/month; exceptional candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
(1) Job Responsibilities
1. Develop the company’s medium- and long-term technology roadmap, clearly defining core technical priorities in areas such as system integration, battery management systems (BMS), power conversion systems (PCS), thermal management, and structural safety.
2. Stay abreast of industry trends, lead the end-to-end design of the company’s product development process, and deliver standardized product solutions alongside project‑specific customizations to support sales bidding, technical client engagements, and proposal pricing.
3. Responsible for sample development and testing to ensure product safety and compliance.
4. Responsible for establishing and managing the technical team, defining job responsibilities, work processes, and R&D standards. Organizes technical reviews, problem-solving initiatives, and internal training to enhance team capabilities.
5. Responsible for technical selection, testing and certification, and supplier technical qualification of core product components. Resolve on-site technical issues during production and delivery, and drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
6. Standardize technical documentation and intellectual property management. Establish a comprehensive R&D documentation system—including specifications, standards, drawings, test reports, and more—while coordinating patent and software copyright applications to build robust technological barriers for the company.
7. Collaborate with the sales team on technical presentations and bid‑related technical responses; coordinate with procurement to select core components and drive cost reductions; and work closely with production to ensure smooth mass‑production implementation.
(II) Recruitment Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Storage, New Energy, Electrochemistry, or a related field. Age 30–45; able to adapt to the fast‑paced environment of a startup, resilient under pressure, capable of taking on significant responsibilities, and willing to build systems from the ground up.
2. More than 8 years of experience in the energy storage industry, including over 5 years in commercial‑industrial and residential system integration, and at least 3 years of technical team management. Possesses proven expertise in building teams from the ground up and managing small teams efficiently.
3. Possesses end-to-end experience spanning the entire product development process, from 0 to 1 (concept → design → prototyping → testing → mass production → delivery).
4. Familiar with lithium iron phosphate energy storage systems, and highly proficient in BMS, PCS, thermal management, fire protection, high-voltage safety, and grid-connection standards.
5. Possesses experience in core component design, testing, and certification.
6. Able to independently develop system solutions and prepare quotation lists for commercial and industrial energy storage (50 kWh–5 MWh) and residential energy storage (5–50 kWh).
7. Able to directly engage with clients, deliver technical presentations, and respond to tender inquiries.
8. Understand the BOM cost structure of energy storage systems and be able to drive technological cost reductions.
9. Priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in implementing energy storage projects, and those familiar with Luoyang/Henan grid policies, peak‑valley arbitrage, and demand‑response business models.
II. Structural Engineers: 3 positions (RMB 7,000–12,000/month; exceptional candidates will be considered on an individual basis)
Job Responsibilities
(1) Responsible for product design and development.
1. Responsible for the 3D structural design and solution review of products including large-scale energy storage systems, commercial and industrial energy storage systems, residential energy storage systems, battery packs (PACKs), and high-voltage boxes.
2. Complete the selection of product structural components, including standard parts and machined parts, and establish part numbers and inspection specifications.
3. Generate 2D engineering drawings and BOMs, and complete online archiving and issuance to procurement.
4. Proofread the structural drawings and verify the compatibility between the external dimensions of electrical components and the overall structure.
5. Responsible for 3D wiring design of products, optimizing harness routing and securing methods.
(II) Technical Documentation and Standardization
1. Prepare technical documents related to structural design, such as supply‑side technical specifications and design codes;
2. Responsible for building product BOMs and maintaining product material codes in the Kingdee Cloud system;
3. Lead the development and validation of structural cost-reduction initiatives (VAVE).
(3) Production and Supplier Support
1. Track production issues with suppliers, perform fine-tuning and verification on machined parts, and complete incoming material inspection.
2. Monitor on-site production and installation; provide on-site guidance during first-piece production, resolve issues, and document and archive findings.
3. Responsible for incoming material quality inspection of sheet metal parts.
Recruitment Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, obtained through the national unified enrollment system and on a full-time basis, in a relevant field such as Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or Materials Forming.
2. 3–5 years of experience in structural design for lithium‑ion battery packs, energy storage systems, or commercial‑vehicle components. Candidates with experience in designing liquid‑cooled energy storage cabinets are preferred.
3. Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
4. Familiar with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, and die casting, as well as material properties; knowledgeable about electrical safety clearances, IP protection ratings, and basic thermal management requirements; proficient in using ERP systems like Kingdee Cloud for BOM creation and material management.
5. Able to track and resolve end-to-end issues, from the supplier stage through on-site installation.
6. Possesses strong documentation and communication/coordination skills, a robust learning ability, the capacity to work diligently under challenging conditions, a strong sense of teamwork, and a high level of responsibility.
III. Electrical Engineers: 3 positions (RMB 7,000–12,000/month; exceptional candidates will be considered on an individual basis)
Job Responsibilities
(1) Research and Development and Electrical Design
1. Responsible for the selection and technical agreement signing of PCS, BMS, EMS, thermal management systems, fire protection systems, and various components; complete the electrical distribution design within the energy storage cabinet to ensure rational power supply.
2. Draw electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and topology diagrams;
3. Draw high- and low-voltage wiring harness diagrams based on actual requirements, and generate manufacturing drawings.
4. Develop system configuration specifications and parameters, and compile and deliver the electrical bill of materials (BOM).
(II) Technical Documentation and System Administration
In the Kingdee Cloud system, create electrical component material numbers, upload drawings, and maintain product categories.
Prepare user manuals, product specification documents, and PPT presentations, among other materials.
Manage energy storage cloud platform accounts and maintain platform content.
(3) Production and Debugging Support
Track supplier‑related production issues and complete incoming material inspections; monitor and resolve electrical problems during the manufacturing process, and maintain detailed records.
Assist with on-site system commissioning, including high-voltage box functionality, battery pack charge/discharge testing, basic energy storage cabinet operations, and EMS software validation.
Provide on-site guidance during first-piece production, troubleshoot issues, and document and archive the findings.
(1) Pre-sales Coordination and After-sales Support
During the pre-sales phase, collaborate with senior management to develop preliminary technical solutions and electrical schematics.
After the product is shipped, responsible for on-site commissioning, issue documentation, and technical guidance.
Track after-sales issues such as temperature anomalies and slave‑device communication failures, provide troubleshooting plans and remote support, and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
Recruitment Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, obtained through the national unified enrollment system and on a full-time basis, in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in energy storage system development and design; candidates with experience in electrical design for commercial‑industrial energy storage cabinets or lithium‑battery systems are preferred.
3. Proficient in electrical schematic and wiring harness design, with expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
4. Possesses low-voltage circuit design capabilities, with a solid understanding of the operating principles of PCS, BMS, and EMS, as well as communication protocols such as CAN, RS‑485, and Ethernet, and their corresponding control strategies. Proficient in the fundamental electrical control logic of thermal management and fire‑protection systems. Skilled in using ERP systems like Kingdee Cloud for materials management.
5. Able to understand the coordination and strategies among electrical components from a system-level perspective, and capable of independently conducting product issue analysis and preparing technical reports.
