The Guidance clearly states that standards for computing power infrastructure primarily include guidelines on data center construction, the utilization of new energy sources and energy storage, efficient power supply and cooling systems, as well as intelligent operation and management practices. Specifically, the standards for new energy and energy storage outline the technical requirements and testing methods for storing and harnessing renewable energy, ensuring the smooth operation of computing power infrastructure. This includes standards related to new-energy storage systems, as well as protocols for integrating, storing, scheduling, and utilizing renewable energy resources. Meanwhile, the standards for efficient power supply and cooling systems specify the technical specifications and testing procedures for power and cooling systems, covering areas such as smart power distribution systems, high-efficiency cooling technologies, and advanced energy management frameworks.
