Advantages and disadvantages of lithium batteries
High working voltage: The working voltage of lithium-ion batteries is as high as 3.6V, which is 3 times that of nickel-chromium and nickel-hydrogen batteries, and 2 times that of lead-acid batteries. High energy density: Lithium-ion batteries have high working voltage and low lithium density, so the mass energy density (200Wh/kg) and volumetric energy density (350Wh/L) of lithium-ion batteries are very large, which is 3 times that of lead-acid batteries (50-70Wh/kg).
