The owner of the integrated project can choose to develop and construct independently, or entrust a professional team to develop and construct in the form of contract energy management.

Distributed photovoltaics and decentralized wind power can be built outside the red line of the enterprise plant, and third-party investment can be used to sell electricity to power companies. According to the principle of pilot first, if the surrounding resources are used to build new energy projects, each provincial municipality (including Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Zhengzhou Airport Zone) selects 5 enterprises to carry out pilot construction.
