Lithium ion battery (Lithium-ion Battery,LIB) as a secondary battery (rechargeable battery) representative, is currently more widely used battery. Lithium-ion batteries are usually composed of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, an electrolyte, a shell, etc. During cycling, lithium ions are inserted and removed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode through the internal circuit, and the back and forth of electrons in the external circuit to achieve charging and discharging. According to the cathode material, packaging and use can be classified, lithium ion battery in the long-term charge and discharge cycle, the internal will produce a series of side reactions, including lithium evolution, solid electrolyte interface (SEI) film growth, reduce the capacity of the battery, when the battery capacity is reduced to 80% of the initial capacity, that is defined as the end of the battery life.
