Speed up the transformation of distribution network and improve the carrying capacity of distributed new energy.Actively develop pumped storage and new energy storage. Vigorously develop new technologies and new models such as microgrids, virtual power plants, and vehicle-network interaction.By the end of 2025, the installed capacity of pumped storage and new energy storage in the country will exceed 62 million kilowatts and 40 million kilowatts respectively. The demand response capacity of each region should generally reach 3%-5% of the maximum electricity load, and the regional demand response capacity with an annual peak-valley difference rate of more than 40% should reach more than 5% of the maximum electricity load.

On May 29, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on matters related to the adjustment of time-sharing electricity prices for industry and commerce. The adjustment of the time-sharing electricity price of industry and commerce in Henan Province, which has been consulted three times, will be formally implemented on June 1.

 

From the notice, the adjustment is mainly in the peak and valley period division, peak and valley floating ratio, transmission and distribution prices are involved in the peak and valley floating three aspects of confirmation.

 

1) Henan ProvinceDaytime periodOnly flat or valley sections remain. The large increase in photovoltaic power generation has obviously had a huge impact on the supply and demand of electricity. The former power shortage period has become the power rich period.

2) Changes in the floating ratio of peaks and valleys.In particular, the peak floating is widened to 1.72 times, and the electricity transmission and distribution price is retained in the floating base, which helps to widen the peak-valley price difference.Compared with the current policy, the peak and valley price difference is widened in the third consultation draft.4.64%.

3) Electricity transmission and distribution prices participate in floating.

After the adjustment of the first consultation draft, the electricity transmission and distribution prices in the subsequent two consultation drafts have been adjusted back to the floating range.

 

This adjustment is conducive to improving the economy of the operation of the independent energy storage power station in Henan Province. Henan independent energy storage power station charge and discharge using time-sharing electricity price settlement, and most of the independent energy storage power station in the photovoltaic large-scale noon period is called charging peak, noon from the peak to flat or low, can greatly reduce its charging costs.
